The Accelerator is an experiential journey of inner and outer transformation. Your intellect and investment knowledge will be integral, but also insufficient. You’ll be invited to explore other ways of knowing through your heart, body, and soul to unlock creative ways forward individually and collectively.
Together with your fellow edgewalkers you will be exposed to exiled, alternative, and emerging knowledges, as well as adjacent and even distant fields of knowledge and practice—all of which we consider essential to the considerable task of reimagining and reforming finance.
Sage Guides will transport you from the contemporary realms of finance and impact into an “Underworld” where you will be stretched, provoked, and inspired by deep time, nonhuman entanglements, and intergenerational and translineage wisdoms. The insights and intuitions you have here will be brought back to the surface and incorporated into facilitated sessions “Above Ground” that create space for reflection, dialogue, and actualizing your learning into new self-awareness, systemic sensemaking, and investment processes and instruments.
MODALITIES
The Accelerator is designed as an inner and outer journey that connects inner leadership conditions with the quality of change manifested in the field of finance. This is a highly participatory experience with personal reflection, transformative practices, collective inquiries, and concepting investment instruments and approaches.
Whole Group
The cohort will meet as a whole group bi-weekly on Zoom in facilitated sessions. Invited Guides will often nuance your journey.
Design Groups
In different phases, you will be in small design groups to redesign investment approaches and design new investments.
Personal practices
You will have opportunities to engage in experiential and transformative practices as support for integrating and embodying your learnings.
1:1s
You will have the option to engage in 1-on-1 sessions with a Coach or Guide to deepen the exploration of your personal edges.
